Comments, @mentions, and per-item discussion are part of the core RyTask experience.
This page covers the planned layer on top: lighter-weight acknowledgment, longer-form
writing, and ways to bring people in from outside the team.

One planned feature deserves a special mention: **automatic check-ins**, in the Basecamp
style — a recurring "what did you work on?" prompt. In RyTask it doubles as time and
interruption capture, which makes it friendly to non-technical teammates who will answer
a kind question but will never open a timesheet.

What's planned:

* **Reactions** — lightweight emoji acknowledgment on comments (v2).
* **Rich docs / wiki** — long-form pages alongside the work (v2).
* **Automatic check-ins** — recurring prompts that double as time and interruption capture (v2).
* **Guest / external sharing** — read and comment links for people outside the team (v2).
* **Shared drafts / collaborative editing** — multi-cursor documents (v3).
